1. Locate the ignition coil pack.
- Open the hood of the vehicle and locate the engine.
- The ignition coil packs are located on top of the engine, arranged in a row.
- Each coil pack is connected to a specific spark plug.
2. Identify the coil pack for cylinder number 3.
- The ignition coil packs are numbered from front to back, with cylinder number 1 being the closest to the front of the engine.
- The ignition coil pack for cylinder number 3 will be the third one in the row.
3. Replace the ignition coil pack.
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the ignition coil pack.
- Remove the bolt that holds the ignition coil pack in place.
- Remove the ignition coil pack.
- Install the new ignition coil pack in the reverse order of removal.
