1. Locate the coolant reservoir. It is a plastic tank with a black cap located on the driver's side of the engine compartment.
2. Check the coolant level. The coolant level should be between the "FULL" and "ADD" marks on the reservoir.
3. Add antifreeze if necessary. If the coolant level is low, add a 50/50 mixture of antifreeze and water to the reservoir.
4. Replace the cap. Make sure the cap is tightened securely to prevent leaks.
Note: Always use a 50/50 mixture of antifreeze and water in your Ford Focus. Using too much antifreeze can damage the engine, while using too much water can cause the engine to freeze in cold weather.
