The crankshaft position sensor (CKP) on a 1995 Dodge Caravan with a 3.3L engine is located on the
passenger side (right side) of the engine block, near the bell housing. It's usually mounted on the side of the engine block, close to where the transmission bolts up.
However, without a visual inspection, it's impossible to give an exact location. A repair manual specific to your vehicle's year and engine would be the most reliable source for precise placement. A diagram in the manual will clearly show its location.
