The main PCM in a 1995 Mercury Sable is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment. It's mounted on the firewall, near the battery.
Fuel Relay or CCRM:
The fuel relay, also known as the Central Control Relay Module (CCRM), is also located in the engine compartment. It's typically situated on the passenger side, close to the strut tower. Look for a black or gray module with several connectors.
