Does a 2002 Ford Explorer have cut off switch?

The 2002 Ford Explorer does have a fuel cut off switch. It is located on the driver's side, under the dashboard near the steering wheel. It is a small, red switch with a black cap. To turn off the fuel, simply press down on the cap and turn it counterclockwise until it clicks into place. To turn the fuel back on, turn the cap clockwise until it clicks into place.
