Where is the cigarette lighter fuse box located on a 1999 Dodge Caravan?

There are two cigarette lighter (power outlet) fuses in the 1999 Dodge Caravan. Both are located on the fuse block which is located under the dash, to the left of the steering column. The fuses are:

- 20 amp: (power outlet) Instrument panel fuse panel

- 15 amp: Blower motor 1 power outlet
