Where is the 2003 Ford Escape thermostat housing?

The thermostat housing on a 2003 Ford Escape can be found in two locations, either below the throttle body or on the front center of the engine block.

To find the thermostat on a 2003 Ford Escape:

1. Open the hood of your vehicle.

2. Locate the engine block and the throttle body.

3. If you see the thermostat housing on top of the engine, between these two components, then it is located on the front of the engine block.

4. If you don’t see it there, then it is located underneath the throttle body.
