Where is the horn relay in a 1986 wagoneer?

The horn relay for a 1986 Wagoneer is located under the dash, near the steering wheel column. It is a small black box with two terminals. One terminal is marked with a "+" sign, and the other is marked with a "-" sign. To remove the horn relay, simply disconnect the two wires that are connected to it.
