2. Locate the fuse box on the driver's side of the engine compartment. It is a black plastic box with a red cover.
3. Open the fuse box cover.
4. The blower relay is located in the upper left corner of the fuse box. It is a black relay with the part number "86295AA020" printed on it.
5. To remove the blower relay, simply pull it out of its socket. Be careful not to drop it.
6. Inspect the blower relay for any signs of damage. If the relay is damaged, it will need to be replaced.
7. To install a new blower relay, simply insert it into the socket and press down until it clicks into place.
8. Close the fuse box cover and hood of your Subaru Legacy.
