How do you open 2001 jaguar s type trunk?

Step 1: Insert Key into Trunk Lid Keyhole

Locate the keyhole on the trunk lid.

Insert your key into the trunk keyhole.

Step 2: Turn Key to Open Trunk

Turn the key clockwise until it stops.

The trunk will unlatch and open automatically.

Note: If the trunk does not open, try turning the key slightly to the left or right while pulling up on the trunk lid.
