To bleed the gas line on an 87 Nissan Pickup, follow these steps:
- Make sure the fuel tank is full.
- Locate the fuel filter. On the 1987 Nissan Pickup, it is located under the driver's side floorboard.
- Loosen the fuel line connector at the fuel filter. Be careful not to spill any fuel.
- Have an assistant crank the engine while you watch the fuel line connector. When fuel begins to flow out, tighten the connector.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 until no more air bubbles are visible in the fuel line.
- Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to make sure the fuel system is working properly.
Note: If you are having trouble bleeding the fuel line, you may need to replace the fuel filter.
