Where is the Air Intake Valve in Honda Civic 1998?

1. Open the hood of your Honda Civic.

2. Locate the air cleaner housing. It is a black plastic box located on the driver's side of the engine compartment.

3. Unlatch the air cleaner housing cover and remove it.

4. Locate the air intake valve. It is a round, black plastic valve located inside the air cleaner housing.

5. To remove the air intake valve, simply turn it counterclockwise and pull it out.
