Instructions:

1. Park your car in a safe location, turn off the engine, and allow it to cool down.

2. Locate the fuel pump access hatch in the trunk of your car. It is usually located under a carpeted cover.

3. Remove the cover and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. This will prevent any sparks from occurring while you are working on the fuel pump.

4. Relieve the fuel pressure by removing the fuel pump fuse from the fuse box. The fuse box is usually located under the hood of your car.

5. Jack up your car and place it on jack stands. This will give you more room to work underneath the car.

6. Locate the fuel pump. It is usually located under the rear seat of your car.

7. Disconnect the fuel lines from the fuel pump. Use a fuel line removal tool to do this.

8. Remove the bolts that hold the fuel pump in place.

9. Remove the fuel pump from the car.

10. Inspect the fuel pump for damage. If it is damaged, replace it with a new one.

11. Install the new fuel pump. Insert the new fuel pump into the fuel tank and secure it with the bolts that you removed earlier.

12. Reconnect the fuel lines to the fuel pump.

13. Lower your car and remove the jack stands.

14. Reconnect the negative terminal of the battery.

15. Start your car and check for leaks.
