The fuse for the cigarette lighter in a 2006 Pontiac G6 can be found in the interior fuse box, located on the driver's side of the vehicle.
- Open the driver's side door.
- Locate the fuse box cover on the lower left side of the dashboard.
- Remove the cover by gently prying it open.
- Refer to the fuse diagram on the inside of the cover to identify the fuse labeled "Cigarette Lighter".
- The fuse is usually a 20 amp fuse.
- If the fuse is blown, replace it with a new one of the same amperage.
- Reinstall the fuse box cover.
