To remove the starter relay:
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Locate the starter relay. It is usually located near the battery, on the firewall.
3. Remove the two nuts that hold the starter relay in place.
4. Pull the starter relay out of the bracket.
To install the starter relay:
1. Insert the starter relay into the bracket.
2. Replace the two nuts that hold the starter relay in place.
3. Tighten the nuts securely.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
