How do you change power steering fluid for Hyundai xg300?

Tools and Materials Needed:

1. Replacement power steering fluid

2. Power Steering Fluid funnel

3. Oil drain pan

4. Wrench

5. Rags

6. Gloves

Instructions:

1. Park your car on a level surface and turn off the engine.

2. Allow the engine to cool down completely.

3. Locate the power steering fluid reservoir. It is usually a plastic container with a black cap, located on the driver's side of the engine bay.

4. Place the oil drain pan under the fluid reservoir to catch any spills.

5. Use the wrench to loosen the bolt on the bottom of the fluid reservoir.

6. Allow the old power steering fluid to drain into the oil drain pan.

7. Once the old fluid has drained, tighten the bolt on the bottom of the reservoir.

8. Fill the reservoir with new power steering fluid until the level reaches the "Full" mark on the dipstick.

9. Replace the cap on the reservoir.

10. Start the engine and allow it to run for a few minutes.

11. Turn the steering wheel from left to right several times to circulate the new fluid through the system.

12. Check the power steering fluid level again and add more fluid if necessary.

Note: It is important to use the correct type of power steering fluid for your vehicle. The type of fluid required is usually specified in the owner's manual.
