2. Locate the black plastic housing that contains the heater blower motor. It is located behind the glove box, on the passenger side of the car.
3. Remove the two screws that hold the housing in place.
4. Pull the housing out to access the heater blower resistor.
5. The heater blower resistor is a small, cylindrical-shaped component with two electrical connectors. It is located on the side of the housing.
6. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the heater blower resistor.
7. Remove the heater blower resistor from the housing.
