- The blend door actuator is located on the backside of the center console on the passenger side.
- It is near the floorboard and should be visible if you look closely.
2. Remove the actuator.
- Unplug the electrical connector to the blend door actuator.
- Push down on the retaining clips that hold the actuator to the console.
- Pull the actuator out of the console
3. Replace the blend door actuator.
- Insert the replacement blend door actuator into the console and align it with the mounting holes.
- Press the retaining clips into place to secure the actuator.
- Plug the electrical connector back into the actuator.
