You cannot buy a new CD for the 2004 Acura MDX navigation system. The maps contained on navigation CDs become outdated quickly and are rendered obsolete by changes to roads, landmarks, and other features. For this reason, most car manufacturers and navigation system providers make navigation updates available via downloads or streaming services.
