To remove the license plate light bulb on a 2003 Subaru Forester, follow these steps:

• Open your trunk and locate the two clips holding the light assembly in place.

• Pull the light assembly out of the housing and remove the light bulb by turning it counterclockwise.

• Replace the old bulb with a new one by turning it clockwise and reattach the light assembly to the housing.

• Replace the two clips by pushing them back into place.
