How do you remove the rear speakers on Toyota Solara convertible?

To remove the rear speakers on a Toyota Solara convertible, follow these steps:

1. Remove the seat belt covers on both sides of the rear seats. There is a tab holding the cover in place on the end closest to the seat. There is also a Phillips-head screw inside the cover that needs to be removed.

2. Remove the rear seat headrests. Pull up on the clips under the headrests to release them.

3. Unbolt the rear seat at the bottom. There are four bolts that need to be removed. Two bolts are located in between the seat belt latches and the other two are located at the outer corners of the seat.

4. Fold the rear seat forward.

5. There will be two plastic covers attached to the floor that held the bolts for the seat you just removed. Remove these covers.

6. Pull the carpet back in the trunk so you can access the back of the rear seats.

7. There are three bolts holding each rear speaker in place. Remove the bolts and pull the speakers out from behind the seats.

8. Disconnect the speaker wires from the speakers.

9. Install the new speakers in reverse order of the way the old speakers were removed.
