- A ratchet
- A 10mm socket
- A small extension
- A Phillips head screwdriver
1. Locate the lower band on the exhaust pipe. It is located just behind the catalytic converter.
2. Use the 10mm socket and ratchet to loosen the two nuts that hold the lower band in place.
3. Once the nuts are loose, use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold the band together.
4. Once the screws are removed, you can remove the lower band.
5. Place the new lower band in place and insert the two screws.
6. Use the ratchet and 10mm socket to tighten the two nuts.
7. Make sure that the band is tight enough to hold the exhaust pipe in place, but not so tight that it damages the pipe.
