Can you jump 2 6volt batteries with a 12 volt battery to get 24 volts?

It is not recommended to attempt this, as connecting 6-volt batteries in series with a 12-volt battery in parallel is an unsafe practice. The two 6-volt batteries connected in series will produce 12 volts, which is the same voltage as the single 12-volt battery. Connecting them in parallel will not increase the voltage. There are other more effective and safe ways to achieve 24 volts.
