Is the bell housing same on a Ford 460 and 351?

The answer is: no

The Ford 460 and 351 engines do not share the same bellhousing bolt pattern. The 460 engine uses a FE series bellhousing pattern, while the 351 engine uses a small block Ford pattern. This means that a bellhousing designed for a 460 engine will not fit a 351 engine, and vice versa.
