Where is the fuel filter located on 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo?

There are two fuel filters on a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The first one is located right inside the filler neck for the fuel tank. It is a small cylindrical filter that can be removed by pulling upwards on the center post. The second fuel filter is located under the front of the vehicle, just in front of the fuel tank. It is also a small cylindrical filter that can be removed by using a 10mm wrench to loosen the hose clamps.
