Where is the fuse for dash lights in a 96 Saturn sl2 located?

The fuse for the dash lights in a 1996 Saturn SL2 is located in the fuse box under the hood. The fuse box is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment, near the firewall. The fuse for the dash lights is labeled "INST LP."
