1. Park the vehicle on a level surface and turn off the engine.
2. Open the hood of the vehicle.
3. Locate the power steering fluid reservoir. It is typically a translucent plastic container with a black cap and is located on the driver's side of the engine compartment.
4. Remove the cap from the reservoir.
5. If the fluid level is below the "MIN" mark on the reservoir, add enough power steering fluid to bring it up to the "MAX" mark.
6. Use a funnel to add the fluid slowly to avoid spills.
7. Replace the cap and close the hood.
It's important to use the type of power steering fluid recommended by the vehicle's manufacturer. Check your owner's manual for the recommended fluid type.
Note: If the power steering fluid level is consistently low, there may be a leak in the system and it's recommended to have the vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic.
