Where is the fuse box on a 2003 Dodge Caravan?

There are two fuse boxes in a 2003 Dodge Caravan.

1) The Junction Block is inside the vehicle. On the driver's side, next to the brake pedal.

2) The Power Distribution Center (PDC) is in the engine compartment, on the passenger side of the vehicle.
