Locate the heater control panel in the center of the dashboard.
Look for a knob or button labeled "Temperature."
Turn the knob or button to the "Off" or "Cold" setting.
Verify that the heater coil is turned off by feeling the air coming from the vents. If the air is cold, the heater coil is turned off.
Here are some additional tips:
If the heater coil is not turning off, check the fuse for the heater circuit. The fuse is located in the fuse box in the left kick panel.
If the heater control panel is not working properly, you may need to replace it. The heater control panel is located behind the climate control faceplate.
