Remove the access cover: On the upper right corner of the rear left door sill trim, you will find a plastic cover that may be unfastened with a screwdriver or other flat item.
Locate the manual unlock hole: Behind the access cover, you'll see a tiny access hole.
Insert the metal key: Take your metal key and insert it into the access hole all the way.
Turn the key and unlock the door: Rotate the key clockwise until you feel or hear the mechanism being disengaged. This should open the door.
Open the hood and recharge the battery: Attach a battery recharger or a vehicle with healthy 12V battery to the 735i battery. Follow the instructions on your battery charger to safely charge the battery.
