My car has been making a constant ticking noise since yesterday and this morning the start. Even when I turn key nothing happens?

The ticking sound could be caused by a few different things, including:

* A low oil level: Check the oil level and add more if necessary.

* A loose or damaged serpentine belt: Inspect the serpentine belt for cracks, tears, or other damage. If the belt is loose, tighten it or replace it if necessary.

* A faulty fuel injector: A faulty fuel injector can cause the engine to run lean, which can lead to a ticking sound.

* A lifter that is sticking or not getting oil

* A noisy water pump

* Engine knock

If the noise persists after checking these things, it's best to take your car to a mechanic for further diagnosis.

As for the car not starting, there are a few possible causes, including:

* A dead battery: Check the battery terminals for corrosion and make sure the battery is properly connected. If the battery is dead, you will need to jump-start the car or replace the battery.

* A faulty starter: The starter motor is responsible for cranking the engine. If the starter is faulty, it will not be able to turn the engine over.

* A bad ignition switch: The ignition switch turns on the power to the starter motor. If the ignition switch is bad, it will not be able to send power to the starter.

If you are not able to start the car, it's best to call a towing company to take your car to a mechanic for further diagnosis.
