- Replacement Stereo

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Vehicle:
- Turn off the engine and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery to prevent electrical accidents.

2. Detach the Old Stereo:
- Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screws holding the stereo in place.
- Carefully pull the stereo out of the dashboard, taking note of the wiring connections at the back.
3. Disconnect the Wiring:

- Use a flathead screwdriver to gently release the locking tabs on the connectors and disconnect them.

- Connect the adapter to the vehicle's wiring harness and the new stereo's harness according to the instructions provided with the adapter.
5. Connect the New Stereo:

- Reconnect any ground wires to a metal surface in the dashboard.
6. Test the Connections:
- Reconnect the negative battery terminal and turn on the ignition.
- Verify that the new stereo is receiving power and functions properly, including radio stations, CD player (if applicable), and any other features.
7. Mount the New Stereo:
- Slide the new stereo into the dashboard, aligning it with the mounting brackets or slots.
- Secure the stereo in place using the provided mounting screws or brackets.
8. Reattach Trim Panels:
- Reinstall any trim panels or covers that were removed earlier.
9. Final Check:
- Ensure all connections are secure, turn the ignition off and on again, and test the audio system to ensure proper functionality.
