1. Locate the battery in your vehicle. The battery is located in the passenger side of the front of the vehicle, behind the headlight.
2. Remove the hold down clamp for the battery. There is a 10mm bolt that you will need to remove from the clamp. Once the bolt is removed, you can lift off the clamp.
3. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. The negative terminal is marked with a "-". Use a 10mm wrench to loosen the nut on the negative terminal and remove the cable from the battery.
4. Disconnect the positive battery terminal. The positive terminal is marked with a "+". Use a 10mm wrench to loosen the nut on the positive terminal and remove the cable from the battery.
5. Remove the battery. Once both of the cables have been disconnected, you can lift the battery out of the vehicle.
