Here are the steps on how to remove the fuel tank:
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Raise the vehicle and support it with jack stands.
3. Locate the fuel tank. It is located under the vehicle, near the rear axle.
4. Disconnect the fuel lines from the fuel tank.
5. Remove the fuel tank straps.
6. Lower the fuel tank.
7. Once the fuel tank is lowered, you will be able to access the fuel pump.

1. Remove the fuel pump module assembly from the fuel tank.
2. Inspect the fuel pump module for damage. If it is damaged, replace it.
3. Install the new fuel pump module assembly into the fuel tank.
4. Connect the fuel lines to the fuel pump module.
5. Install the fuel tank straps.
6. Raise the fuel tank and secure it in place.
7. Connect the negative battery cable.
