* Socket wrench
* Spark plug wire removal tool
* New spark plug wires
* Dielectric grease
Instructions
1. Park your truck in a safe location and turn off the engine. Allow the engine to cool down completely.
2. Open the hood of your truck.
3. Locate the spark plugs. They are located on the top of the engine, near the front.
4. Use the spark plug wire removal tool to remove the spark plug wires from the spark plugs.
5. Discard the old spark plug wires.
6. Apply a small amount of dielectric grease to the ends of the new spark plug wires.
7. Insert the new spark plug wires into the spark plugs.
8. Use the ratchet and socket wrench to tighten the spark plug wires.
9. Close the hood of your truck.
Tips
* Make sure that the new spark plug wires are the correct size for your truck.
* Be careful not to over-tighten the spark plug wires.
* If you are not comfortable changing spark plug wires, you can take your truck to a mechanic.
