Third brake light on a 96 Chevy beretta?

A 1996 Chevy Beretta does not have a high-mounted third brake light (also known as a center high-mounted stop lamp or CHMSL) integrated into the rear window like many later model cars. The brake lights are located only in the taillights themselves.
