1. Open the hood of your Beretta.
2. Locate the air filter housing, which is a black plastic box on the passenger side of the engine compartment, towards the front of the vehicle.
3. There should be two plastic clips holding the air filter housing cover in place. Squeeze these clips together and lift the cover off the housing.
4. The air filter will be inside the housing. It is a rectangular piece of pleated paper or foam.
5. Remove the old air filter and discard it.
6. Install the new air filter, making sure that it is seated properly in the housing.
7. Replace the air filter housing cover and secure it with the plastic clips.
8. Close the hood of your Beretta.
It's recommended that you check and replace the air filter regularly as part of your vehicle's maintenance schedule. A dirty or clogged air filter can reduce engine performance and fuel efficiency.
