1. Park your car on a level surface.
2. Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down.
3. Open the hood of your car.
4. Locate the power steering fluid reservoir. It is usually located near the front of the engine, on the driver's side.
5. Check the fluid level in the reservoir. The fluid should be between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks on the reservoir.
6. If the fluid level is low, you will need to add more fluid. Use the same type of fluid that is currently in the reservoir.
7. Close the hood of your car.
If the power steering fluid level is low, it is important to add more fluid as soon as possible. Driving your car with a low power steering fluid level can damage the power steering pump.
