1. Open the hood.
2. Locate the oil filter cap on the top of the engine. It is a black plastic cap with the word "OIL" written on it.
3. Remove the oil filter cap by turning it counterclockwise.
4. Remove the old oil filter from the housing. Be careful not to spill any oil.
5. Apply a thin coat of new oil to the gasket of the new oil filter.
6. Screw the new oil filter into the housing until it is snug.
7. Replace the oil filter cap and close the hood.
2007-2010 Hyundai Entourage Oil Filter Location
1. Open the hood.
2. Locate the oil filter on the back of the engine near the top.
3. Place an oil pan under the oil filter to catch any dripping oil.
4. Use an oil filter wrench to loosen the oil filter.
5. Remove the oil filter and discard it.
6. Apply a thin coat of new engine oil to the gasket of the new oil filter.
7. Screw the new oil filter onto the oil filter adapter by hand until it is snug.
8. Tighten the oil filter an additional 1/4 to 1/2 turn with the oil filter wrench.
9. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to check for leaks.
