2. Disconnect the fuel lines. There are two fuel lines that connect to the fuel filter. Use a wrench to loosen the fuel line nuts and disconnect the lines.
3. Remove the fuel filter. Once the fuel lines are disconnected, you can remove the fuel filter.
4. Install the new fuel filter. Insert the new fuel filter into the bracket and reconnect the fuel lines.
5. Tighten the fuel line nuts. Tighten the fuel line nuts until they are snug.
6. Check for leaks. Start the car and check for leaks. If you see any leaks, tighten the fuel line nuts until the leak stops.
