What is wrong if your car has a new alternator and the battery seems to be OK but it keeps blowing fuses no warning lights go on when starting?

There is possibly a damaged wire within the electrical system causing a short circuit which is resulting in blown fuses even while there aren't any warning lights going on when starting or while driving the vehicle. Have all electrical wires checked for frayed wires especially around places wires may be rubbing.
