1. Park your car in a safe area and turn off the engine.
2. Open the hood of your car.
3. Locate the crankshaft pulley. It is located at the front of the engine, connected to the crankshaft.
4. The crank sensor is located near the crankshaft pulley. It is usually held in place by one or two bolts.
5. The sensor may be difficult to see, as it is often located in a tight space. You may need to use a flashlight and/or a mirror to get a clear view of the sensor.

Once you have located the crank sensor, you can replace it if necessary.
