1. Park your vehicle on a level surface and turn off the engine.
2. Open the fuse box cover, which is located on the side of the dashboard near the driver's seat.
3. Locate the 60 amp J13 fuse, which is labeled with the number "13" and is located in the upper left corner of the fuse box.
4. Use a pair of needle-nose pliers or tweezers to grasp the metal terminals of the fuse and gently pull it straight out of the fuse box.
5. Be careful not to touch the live terminals of the fuse, as this can cause an electrical shock.
6. Replace the blown fuse with a new one of the same amperage rating.
7. Close the fuse box cover.
Here are some additional tips for removing the 60 amp J13 fuse from a 2011 Jeep Liberty:
- If you do not have a pair of needle-nose pliers or tweezers, you can also use a small screwdriver to pry the fuse out of the fuse box.
- Be sure to replace the blown fuse with a new one of the same amperage rating. If you replace it with a fuse of a higher amperage, it could damage the electrical system in your vehicle.
- If you are having difficulty removing the fuse, you may need to use a pair of pliers with a long reach.
