1. Remove the air cleaner.
2. Remove the fuel line.
3. Remove the throttle cable.
4. Remove the choke cable.
5. Remove the float bowl.
6. Remove the main jet.
7. Remove the pilot jet.
8. Remove the needle valve.
9. Remove the accelerator pump diaphragm.
10. Remove the power valve.
Step 2: Clean the carburetor
1. Use a carburetor cleaner to clean all of the parts of the carburetor.
2. Be sure to clean the jets and the needle valve thoroughly.
3. Rinse all of the parts with clean water.
4. Blow dry the parts with compressed air.
Step 3: Assemble the carburetor
1. Install the accelerator pump diaphragm.
2. Install the power valve.
3. Install the needle valve.
4. Install the pilot jet.
5. Install the main jet.
6. Install the float bowl.
7. Install the choke cable.
8. Install the throttle cable.
9. Install the fuel line.
10. Install the air cleaner.
Step 4: Adjust the carburetor
1. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.
2. Turn the idle speed screw until the engine idles at the desired speed.
3. Turn the air/fuel mixture screw until the engine runs smoothly.
4. Test drive the vehicle and make sure that the engine runs smoothly at all speeds.
