Do you need to carry UIM on ALL vehicles own?

In most states, you are only required to carry Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UIM) coverage on the vehicle that you are driving. However, some states, such as New Jersey and Pennsylvania, require you to carry UIM coverage on all vehicles that you own, regardless of whether or not you are driving them.

It is important to check with your state's Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to determine what the UIM coverage requirements are in your state. If you are required to carry UIM coverage on all vehicles that you own, you should make sure that you have adequate coverage in place to protect yourself in the event that you are involved in an accident with an uninsured or underinsured driver.
