How do you roll up a power window if the motor is bad?

Warning! Ensure that the ignition switch is in the Off position before attempting to crank the window up with a tool to prevent accidental starting of the engine and other electrical systems of the car.

There are a few different ways to roll up a power window if the motor is bad.

1. Use the manual override crank. This is a small crank that is usually located near the bottom of the window. Turn the crank to wind up the window.

2. Remove the door panel and access the window regulator. The window regulator is the mechanism that raises and lowers the window. If the motor is bad, you can manually turn the regulator to roll up the window.

3. Use a power drill or impact driver. If you don't have a manual override crank or can't remove the door panel, you can use a power drill or impact driver to turn the window regulator. Be careful not to damage the regulator or the window.

5. Try using pliers or a screwdriver to manually turn the window regulator mechanism

No matter which method you use, be sure to apply even pressure to the window as you roll it up. This will help prevent the window from breaking.
