>1. Open the door to your car.
>2. Locate the round panel in the lower middle part of the door side-panel by the carpet. You can find it near the left seat belt.
>3. Remove the panel by opening it counter-clockwise.
>4. Insert your key into the open slot and turn it clockwise.
Use the emergency release lever: Most Audis come equipped with an emergency release lever that allows you to open the trunk even if the battery is disconnected.
>1. Locate the emergency release lever. In the Audi TT, it is usually located on the left side of the trunk, behind a small, plastic cover.
>2. Pull the lever to release the trunk.
Use the valet key: Some Audis come with a valet key that can be used to open the trunk even if the battery is disconnected.
>1. Insert the valet key into the trunk lock.
>2. Turn the valet key to open the trunk.
