What were hoover cars?

Hoover cars do not exist. The term may be a mistaken reference to the Hoover Dam, a concrete arch-gravity dam in the United States, or potentially a hypothetical electric car concept with a built-in vacuum cleaner, but such a product has not been developed or released.
