1) Power of dodge.
2) Make sure the vehicle is in park and press the eject button. If this doesn't work, try pressing and holding the eject button for 5-10 seconds.
3) Check if there is anything blocking the CD from ejecting, such as a broken piece of plastic.
4) If the CD still won't eject, you can access the changer, located in the trunk or below the backseat.
5) Remove the changer by removing the screws that hold it in place.
6) Once the changer is removed, you can access the CD and remove it manually.
7) Reinstall the changer and the screws, and turn on your car.
