1. Open the hood of your Celica.
2. Locate the two 10mm bolts that hold the headlight in place. These bolts are located on the top and bottom of the headlight.
3. Remove the two 10mm bolts.
4. Gently pry the headlight out of its housing. Be careful not to damage the headlight or the surrounding paint.
5. Once the headlight is removed, you can access the bulb and replace it as needed.
6. To reinstall the headlight, simply reverse the steps above.
Here are some additional tips for changing the headlights in a 1995 Toyota Celica:
* Make sure that the engine is turned off and cool before you begin.
* Be careful not to touch the halogen bulb with your bare hands. The oils from your skin can cause the bulb to overheat and shatter.
